What do you do at Paper Mart? I am a Customer Care Representative.
How long have you worked here? I’ve worked here for 1 year and 6 months.
Tell us what a typical day at work for you entails. To start off the day, I have a nice cup of coffee. Throughout the day, I spend my time assuring that customers are satisfied with our products and services.
What do you like best about working at Paper Mart? What’s your favorite Paper Mart memory?
What I like best is that everyone is like my second family here. Everyone is hard-working and here for a purpose.
Before Paper Mart, what was the most unusual/interesting job you had? I did door-to-door sales. It taught me a lot about true customer service skills.
Apart from your work at Paper Mart, what are some of your side projects or hobbies? I love to cook and I love to play basketball. I also enjoy traveling and meeting new people. Most of all, I love to spend time with my loved ones.
If you had to eat one type of food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Mexican food!
Would you rather go back in time or in the future? Why? I would go back in time and tell myself to never be afraid of becoming the best version of myself.
Describe what you were like at age 10. I was loving, wild, careless, and happy.
What was the first concert you attended? My first concert was Art Laboe!
What’s your all-time favorite TV show? Shark Tank!
What is your favorite Paper Mart product and why do you love it? My favorite Paper Mart product is all the different gift bags we carry. So many different varieties to choose from, for all occasions!
