Returns

If you need to return merchandise, please email us at info@ribbons.com. to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

We will accept for return any item however it must be returned to our warehouse in 100% saleable condition within 30 days to qualify for a full refund. We will accept returns up to 90 days from date of receipt but there is a restocking charge of 20% after 30 days. We are unable to accept any returns of merchandise after 90 days from date of receipt.

Defective merchandise must be returned to our warehouse within 90 days from date of receipt to qualify for a full refund.

Please package your return properly. Send the package securely wrapped to: Ribbons.com Returns, 2164 N. Batavia Street Orange, CA 92865-3104. UPS and FedEx are the preferred carriers for sending returns because they provide shipping insurance and tracking services.

You must include a copy of your invoice in the return shipment that shows your customer #, order # and the return authorization number.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that Ribbons.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a credit to the credit card on which the purchase was made. Although it is usually faster, please allow 14-21 days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
