Materials for Making an American Flag Hair Bow

• Thread
• Hair clip
• Hot glue gun
• 1 ½” red and white striped grosgrain ribbon
• 1 ½” Blue and white star print ribbon
• Scissors

Instructions for Making an American Flag Hair Bow

1. Cut 8” of the blue and white star print ribbon
2. Cut 8” of red/white grosgrain striped ribbon
3. Cut 16” of red/ white striped ribbon
4. Heat seal the edges on all 3 ribbon pieces
5. Take the 8” striped ribbon piece and the 8” of star print ribbon and glue them together
6. Take the other end of the star print ribbon and glue it to the 16” red/white stripped piece of ribbon
7. Now you should have one piece of ribbon that is 32” long
8. Starting with the side that has the 16” red/white striped ribbon, follow the classic boutique tutorial to form the hair bow
9. Once you have the bow made, hot glue it to the hair clip
